Brad quit smoking when he met Angelina Jolie who hates the smell of fags. When he was still with Jennifer Anniston they both used to smoke like chimneys. They weren't so much the golden couple of Hollywood - more of a nicotine yellow couple.

It is reported that Aniston quit smoking and drinking caffeine in March of 2007. She apparently did yoga every time she had a craving. Not such a useful tip if you are a scaffolder trying to quit.

The Arquettes quit after booking an appointment with Yefim "The Mad Russian" Shubentsov . Mr Shubentsov claims to be able to help you quit by running at you shouting. It has something to do with bio-force apparently. We can imagine it's also good for cleansing the bowel.
