The Acudetox Smoking Cessation Programme
This specialised programme includes four treatments, counselling and advice for effective smoking cessation and comes highly recommended. It is based on current research into nicotine addiction and smoking cessation. Treatment 1 is an hour long, followed by 45/50 minutes for sessions 2 to 4. A telephone assessment is required beforehand to ascertain a patient’s commitment to the programme, reasons for stopping smoking and a clear understanding of the specific requirements of the Acudetox Programme. Suzanna J Blach, BSc (Hons), LicAc, MBAcC is fully licensed and qualified to use the Acudetox progamme. She is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) www.acupuncture.org.uk
